1. Services
Nik Nak Dog Grooming provides professional dog grooming services from our premises in Connah's Quay, Flintshire, North Wales. Services include bathing, grooming, nail trimming, de-shedding, ear cleaning, and puppy introductory grooms. All services are carried out by Nikki, our experienced groomer with over 10 years of professional experience.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked by phone, email, or through our enquiry form. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion. We understand that emergencies happen and will always try to be flexible.
3. Your Dog's Health & Wellbeing
Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or behavioural issues your dog may have before their appointment. This helps us provide the safest and most comfortable experience.
Dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that appears unwell or shows signs of contagious conditions (e.g., fleas, ticks, ringworm) to protect all dogs in our care.
4. Pricing
Prices are based on your dog's size, breed, coat condition, and the service requested. An accurate quote will be provided before any work begins.
Additional charges may apply for severely matted coats, aggressive behaviour requiring extra handling time, or flea/tick treatment if discovered during grooming.
5. Liability
We take the utmost care with every dog. However, grooming can occasionally reveal pre-existing skin conditions or cause minor irritation, particularly in dogs with sensitive skin or matted coats.
Nik Nak Dog Grooming holds appropriate public liability insurance. We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or reactions that may occur after grooming.
6. Collection
Please collect your dog promptly at the agreed time. We will contact you when your dog is ready. Dogs left beyond 30 minutes of the agreed collection time may incur an additional charge.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any amended terms.
